Hotel Tarjanne’s accommodation in Virrat complies with the general terms and conditions for accommodation providers (MaRa ry 01.03.2011).
Below are some details for the accommodation section of Hotel Tarjanne:
By making a reservation through any booking channel, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the reservation and their revisions ( applies to: reservations made through/brokered by all websites and platforms and mobile applications, direct telephone reservations, reservations made by e-mail or direct reservations made at our reception desk in the lobby or at our street level reception desk at KIPA – Virrat-Kirja Ky ).
Check-in is not earlier than around 14.00 ( We reserve the right to make changes, which are always possible! This schedule is valid if the chosen room type is ready for cleaning; during the summer there is more congestion in room cleaning ). By making an appointment in advance, you can have the room even earlier and at the same time ensure availability at the time of your choice.
Check-out is always by 12.00 noon ( later check-out must always be agreed separately ).
You can cancel your room free of charge two days ( 2 days ), i.e. 48 hours, before check-in on the actual day of arrival ( from around 2.00 p.m. ). So if your stay starts on the 15th, cancellation is free of charge until 2.00 p.m. on the 13th!
For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or on the actual day of arrival, we charge 50.00% of the total price of the accommodation and for no-shows 100.00% of the total price of the accommodation.
In case of illness or other events, an official medical certificate from a doctor or nurse must always be presented in order for the cancellation fee to be waived. The reason for cancellation is no longer sufficient if the booking is based solely on the booking party’s own declaration of illness.
Smoking in the rooms and/or their toilets will always result in an additional cleaning bill of 100,00 euros ( 100,00 € ) being sent to the guest or the company booking the accommodation.
Likewise, pets brought into the rooms without permission and without prior notice will always result in an additional cleaning bill of EUR 100,00 ( € 100,00 ) being sent to the guest or the company booking the accommodation.
In case of lost room keys, we will always send an additional invoice of 100,00 euro ( 100,00 € ) to the guest or the company that booked the accommodation.
Textiles, accessories, crockery, small appliances, etc. in the rooms will be checked regularly after each period of accommodation. If any breakage, mischief or absence is found, we will always send an additional invoice to the guest or the company booking the accommodation for the replacement value of the items. This is particularly the case if the breakages or damage are not reported within a reasonable time ( either during or immediately after the stay ) directly to the staff or by telephone/email to the accommodation provider.
In the event of soiling, vandalism, etc. of various textiles or surfaces in the rooms during the stay, which is not normal for the accommodation, we will always send an additional or cleaning invoice to the guest or the company booking the accommodation for the replacement value of the textiles or surfaces or for additional cleaning in the laundry, for example.
