We are available by phone from 10 am to 10:30 pm and by email around the clock! You can also send an email or a message through the whatsapp application.

Advance notice of arrival in the evening (weekdays after 5:00 p.m., weekends by agreement) is always required to ensure a smooth reception.
After receiving the confirmation, you may even arrive at 21:00 – 23:00. 

If you arrive very late at the hotel, you must pay for your accommodation in advance, because our reception is not staffed all the time. We can also send an invoice to your email in advance.

SAUNA € 10.00 per person per session (approx. 1 hour).
The top-floor sauna area is now available again for private use between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. by advance booking only. Payment methods: Cash payment upon booking or invoicing for companies.
